For example, when we having an uptrend, after seeing 5 to 7 green candles you most likely will see a small pullback - red candle. It is simple strategy based on statistics not to get run over by running train.
Note on the picture added that there is no more then 5 green candles in a row on an uptrend.

Q: Can you explain how is your green zone label working? Do you pay a lot of attention to it, or mostly just look at the AO and AD?
I see that label changes color but keep saying 'green zone', does it relates to Bill W. Green/grey/red zones depending on the AO/AD?
Thanks,
Diego

Hi Diego! I do not pay a lot of attention to Green Zone. It is part of Alligator strategy of Bill\'s. Awesome Oscillator and AD Oscillator are super important.

Fibonacci Extensions I use for prediction/calculation where the wave will go. For example: if I assume that market just completed wave 1, I can use Fibonacci Extensions tool to see where 161.8% target is. This will be my target goal. Fibonacci Retracements, I after the wave got completed and I am looking into correction waves. This tool helps us predict the targets on corrective waves. For example when wave 1 is completed I will be looking for 61.8% retracement.
Q: I've heard the phrase 3-minute rule or 3 candle rule after a trend move. Could you explain this with regards to how to play if you are currently in the trade? What are you looking for/at?

From observing the screens for so many months I noticed that after some move there is a break and it takes about 3 minutes until the market makes a decision which way to go next. During the 3 minute period we will see small doji candles going sideway.
